From your Freshdesk Admin, find Trustpilot in the Apps section and follow the instructions to download.

New Trustpilot reviews will begin to appear as Freshdesk tickets.

Read, reply, and manage reviews from within Freshdesk. Replies appear automatically in Trustpilot.
